Reyers has so many options to choose from. I love their small selection of shoes under ten dollars. Though the section is small I always find a big deal. This shoe store is amazing. My mom used to take us shoe shopping at the Reyers in Pennsylvania, so I love that I can get my "shop on" at Eastwood Mall in Niles, Ohio .

Fantastic experience!!! I don't remember the nice, informative lady's name but she helped me pick out the perfect shoes for my very bad feet. The shoes are perfect!!! I wish I could have tipped her, she was amazing. Even measured my sons feet for me, she's the best!!! Definately check this store out :)

This store is top notch when it comes to their employees! I stopped in to see about some good quality shoes for my plantar fasciitis. A well dressed salesman warmly greeted us when we walked in the door. I was impressed by the welcoming layout of the store... Well lit, very clean, open areas for browsing. He asked if he could help us. As soon as I told him what we were looking for, he said my doctor's name and walked with us to the correct area. I was measured and promptly fitted with a quality pair of shoes. He adjusted the choice of shoe (due to my wide width) and made sure the shoes not only fit correctly, but were comfortable on my feet. He was not in a hurry, but he certainly knows his shoes! I highly recommend Reyers Shoe Store for quality shoes and great customer service. Please like this review if you found it helpful.

Bought a pair of hokas a month ago. Had an issue with the heel in the shoe. Called and asked if there was anyway to repair it, wasnt asking refund or anything. Brian and another manager (didnt catch their name, sorry!) were SO helpful and understanding. Gave me a store credit and got a brand new pair and I am so extremely thankful! I LOVE my hokas, especially as a server who is ALWAYS on their feet! Thank you REYERS🩷

I bought three amazing pairs of shoes, and I wasn't even expecting to find one! This was my first visit to Reyers. Next time I expect to find exactly what I want, helpful sales people, and a wonderful in person shoe fest! Honestly, buying shoes online seems great in the moment. But when nothing that comes in the mail fits or feels right, it's time to shop in person at a local business that I don't think anyone would like to see disappear. This is a great place.

Employees were nice and helpful. They had some cool monstera plants and a nice big palm tree. Shoes were a tad pricey though.

I’ve been to several shoe stores locally, but they didn’t have the variety I was looking for. Visited Reyers and appeased by their collection. Janice was instrumental with her assistance, along with Anne and Mgr. John providing a good buying experience. Will revisit. 2nd buy, Obōz hiking shoes, great brand. Bryan was patient and very helpful. Another good buying experience. 3rd purchase with Janice, Florsheim boots, comfortable fit and well made.

They don’t make shoe stores like this anymore. The people complaining are just miserable people. Then they also have the nerve to complain that stores everywhere are closing down and everything is online. Reyers is a gem. One of the rare spots. Please continue to run it good. Offer excellent customer service like the great Larry Joltin and this place will last.
